Dr. Lance Coy, D.V.M. and Dr. Joy Stafford, D.V.M.
Dr. Coy and Dr. Stafford grew up in southern Louisiana. They both graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. GEAUX TIGERS! After graduation, they worked in a south Florida practice until purchasing Pine Meadow Vet Clinic in 2005. Both doctors enjoy Pensacola. Dr. Coy is an avid fisherman and also enjoys scuba diving and wakeboarding. Dr. Stafford loves the beautiful beaches and the southern hospitality that Pensacola offers. They have several dogs, cats, and even a Ball Python – all of which were rescue pets.
![]() | Dr. Sabrina Hoffman, D.V.M. Dr. Sabrina Hoffman joined us October 12, 2009. She is a graduate of Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate work. Dr. Hoffman has done a lot of work with rescue groups and brings a generous amount of surgical experience to the Pine Meadow team. Dr. Hoffman will enable us to continue to provide high quality medicine which our clients have come to expect. We encourage everyone to stop by and meet her.

![]() | Jenafer Pulmano, Office Manager Jen is originally from Jacksonville, FL but headed to Pensacola to attend University of West Florida where she majored in pre-professional Biology and ran varsity cross country. She graduated from the honors program in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She began working at Pine Meadow part time while going to school, and has since worked her way from kennel technician to Office Manager. Her future plans include going back to school to major in business and operating her own veterinary practice. She still enjoys running from time to time, but you can almost always find her at the gym. She has 4 cats; Luna, the new baby, Neo, the trouble maker, Rugrat the skittish kitty, and Socks the spaz. She also has 2 dogs; Yogert a purebred Norwich Terrier with energy to spare, and Smooches a loveable mutt adopted from the shelter who is close to being the best dog ever! |
![]() | Nancy Marshall, Veterinary Technician Nancy has been an integral part of the Pine Meadow staff since 2007. She assists the doctors with regular appointments as well as surgery. She manages routine maintenance around the clinic facilities and orders prescription pet foods every week. To further her knowledge she has participated in several veterinary training courses and plans to pursue a degree for Certified Veterinary Technician. Her love for animals and excellent work ethic make her an asset to our team. A native of Pensacola, when she’s not working she enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping. Nancy is kept company by 2 cats, Jethro and Cletus, which were both rescued and nursed back to health at Pine Meadow.

![]() | Tabatha O'Neal, Veterinary Technician Tabatha was born in Pensacola, Florida but raised on a farm in Gateswood, Alabama around many small exotics, livestock and domestic animals. Today she continues her passion for animal care and education at Chipola College in the Pre-Vet Program. She has 3 dogs: Socks - a rescued Pit Mix, Lilly - a Weimaraner, and Suzie - a Blue Heeler. She also has Jody - a cockatiel, a turtle, and an assortment of fish. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 2 young children that keep them very busy outside of work. She loves the outdoors, hanging on the beach or at the river, movie night and being with her family and friends. Tabatha is also a proud tribal member of the Poarch Creek Indians. |
![]() | Holly Owen, Veterinary Technician Holly came to Pine Meadow in February of 2010. She is a Pensacola local who attended Tate High School. While at Tate, she focused on business classes, but now thinks she would like to continue to pursue a career working in the animal medical field. Holly is looking forward to the Certified Veterinary Technician program that will be offered at Pensacola State College. She takes care for 3 dogs at home; Peetree, a chihuahua, Butters, a 6 year old Norwich Terrier, and Polly, a 2 year old Jack Russell mix. Holly is a self proclaimed "shop-a-holic" and loves to hang out with her friends and go to the beach. |
![]() | Amanda Chavers, Veterinary Technician Amanda was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana in 2007 with a BS in Agribusiness, and emphasis in Pre-Vet, minor in Animal Science, Agriculture Economics and Equine Science. Obviously she has a passion for animals! She moved to Pensacola in 2007 to be closer to family, but plans to return to school one day to become a veterinarian. Her pets include Sheba the Pit Bull, Misty the Boston Terrier, Ty the Boxer/Bulldog mix, Booggee the Shih Tzu, 2 horses named Geronimo and Indian Copper, 2 turtles named Fred and George, and Coco the Blue Macaw. It’s a full house, but Amanda still finds time to be an active member of the Pensacola Civic Band where she plays clarinet. |
![]() | Tina Likness, Receptionist Tina has been with Pine Meadow since 2007. She will likely be the first one to greet you with a smile and hello! Her primary function is receptionist, but occasionally she will assist the doctors as a technician. She moved from the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area to be closer to her husband's family. Previously, she operated a bed and breakfast and worked in several restaurants after getting an Associate of Arts degree in Professional Cooking. However, her love of animals led her to a position with the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) where she acted as a liason between medical, adoption and behavior managers. She and her husband live with six cats; Django, Ed Munky, Loki, Miho, Unagi, and Rokusan. She and her husband are also both artists, and you might see some examples of her artwork in the clinic or on the website. |
![]() | Dominique Dotolo, Veterinary Technician Born and raised in Clearwater, FL. she moved to Pensacola in 2005 to
attend the University of West Florida to pursue a degree in Business. She rode horses competitively for 11 years, which sparked her passion for
animals. She started riding at 6 years of age and competed in horse
shows all over Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Oklahoma and Florida. She is working towards a degree in Business, but she plans to further her
education in Veterinary medicine. She has two wonderful Bulldogs:
an American Bulldog named Bella and an English Bulldog named Weezy, as well as a kitten named Bammy who keeps the house full of fun and joy! |
